1. Services Provided FinFusion provides remote bookkeeping, payroll, financial coaching services and other services. All services are subject to the terms of the specific engagement agreement signed by the client.

2. Payment Terms Clients agree to provide valid payment methods. By providing payment information, you authorize FinFusion to charge your account for services rendered in accordance with our billing schedule. All payment data is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. SMS Terms of Service

1. Frequency: You may receive [e.g., 2-4] messages per month.

2. Consent: Your consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from SMS updates at any time by replying STOP.

4. Liability: FinFusion is not responsible for any delays or failures in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier.

4. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinFusion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
